Processing Payments: All payments must be paid before your booked session or appointment. If after your booked session or appointment, payment hasn't been made your card on file will be charged for the full price of that session. We ask that you please keep up to date of your payments so that we are not chasing late payments. 

24 hour cancellation policy: we do uphold a 24 hour cancellation policy upon any of our booked services; any missed or cancelled bookings within 24 hours will forfeit full payment. We will try our best to reschedule your service when and if available and we hold all intentions to be considerate of this policy in times of need. 

NO refunds: All payments towards KFIT Health & Training are non refundable.
